32nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Breast Cancer Society – Networking Reception

Dorier Japan supported the reception of the 32nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Breast Cancer Society, held at Sendai Aobayama Park and Sendai Ryokusai-kan, by providing expertise in spatial & construction design, lighting production, and event progression.

We meticulously planned the layout and imagery to maximize the use of the expansive Sendai Aobayama Park and Sendai Ryokusai-kan while creating a sophisticated atmosphere.

The highlight of the event was the use of custom lights projected onto the building’s roof, featuring original designs depicting “Date Masamune,” a notable samurai leader from the region, “Sendai Tanabata decorations,” and the “Milky Way.” This light display was open to the public the next day, attracting many families.

Dorier Japan adopted a design that added accents to the vast venue, creating a stylish and sophisticated setting rather than a typical summer festival vibe. Additionally, we selected BGM that matched each scene, ensuring a consistent ambiance throughout the event, including the entrance, toast, fireworks, and conversations.
